1. What is the Game S/N ?  The Game S/N is a number generated by the software from your phone setting. This S/N is unique to each phone set. We use this number to control the licensing of our software. The S/N is displayed in the About box. It is also displayed in a msg box when you select an advanced option and if the full license has not been activated. ..  
  2. What is the Game ID ?  The Game ID is the same as the Game S/N. After version 1.01 (since 25/08/2005), we changed the term to Game S/N. To get the Game ID, for "5InRow", Select "2Player". For "Sudoku 60", Click "Select" then "Level <1>" then "New Game" For "Soduku UIQ", Hit "Level->Hard" then "Sudoku->New Game". For the new versions and for "PC Sudoku", the Game ID is also displayed in the "About" box.
  3. Why do I get "Can't install. got security error" message on S60". This could be because you have your App Manager set to install signed software only. To fix, go into Tools -> Manager and then (with "Sudoku" highlighted) select 'Settings' from the Options menu. The first entry - Software Installation - most likely says 'Signed Only'. Change this setting on/off.
  4. What is the Pass Code ? The Pass Code is used to activate the full license. The downloaded "trial" software has all the features. But the advanced features are locked. That means you cannot access them until unlocked. To unlock, you'll need to pay a small license fee and supply us your Game S/N or ID. We then email you the Pass Code for you to enter to activate the full license.
  5. Why do I have to enter the pass code everytime I start the game ? The reason for the software doing so is that you have installed the game on the memory card, instead in the device's internal memory (c driver). The remedy is to reinstall it and choose the Internal Memory. It does not take a lot space(about 25k after expanding), due to our math-driven game generator.
  6. Do I get free upgrades in the future ? All existing users are entitled to any future upgrades. The same pass code can be used to activate the updated software. We keep a record of game IDs issued. In case that you forget your pass code, you may request it again. However, we can only issue codes to game IDs that are in our record. Any upgrade will be notified on this site. Email notification will be sent to existing users.
  7. How to get free upgrades ? Existing customers can simply download the games from this site. OR, on www.handango.com site, the "Download Trial" version is all you need. You may need to enter the pass code again, depending on your phone.
  8. Why the clock seems counting less minutes ? The clock is updated at a move. If the time gap bewteen 2 moves is more than 3mins., this time is not counted.
  9. On handango.com site, why the "Full Version" is older than the "Download Trial" version ? This is due to a site problem that we can only upload the full version once. We are allowed to upload the "Download Trial" version many times. In our case, the "Donwload Trial" version is all you need. Therefore, you should not install the "Full Version" after purchase. Once unlocked, the "Download Trial" version becomes "Full Version"
